We celebrated my nephew, Peter's 3rd birthday a few weeks ago. He is very much a boys boy having tractors being one of his obsessions. I started with a double sided invitation. The invitation said "Grab your boots and get in gear, our little Deere's birthday is almost here! For the back of the invitation I used a picture of Peter driving off on his own tractor and had it say "See Ya'll Real Soon."
The party was held a Kids indoor play place. We kept it pretty simple, but still dressed up the party using the theme and colors. It's a good example that you can have a fabulous party even at a vendor.
Place settings were yellow & green plates, green polka dot napkins and a wooden fork. I made personalized name tags for each of the kids. The drinks were my favorite. These tires were Monster Truck cups which I replaced with my own tractor sticker. They were the perfect "Tractor" tire. The kids loved them!
I had a couple simple centerpieces to the table. I used bamboo sticks and place one of my printable signs inside the pail and topped it with fake grass.
The dessert table was kept simple with cupcakes adorned with tractor fondant toppers and cupcake printable toppers. There also had marshmallow pops & animal crackers for the table.
My sister came up with the cutest idea for the cake which she found on Pinterest. She put a box of oreos into the blender to crush them all up to make it look like "dirt." It was perfect! She placed the "dirt" inside the back of one of Peter's tractor with a candle on top.
Favors were Mason jars filled with cookie mix which I've seen many times online. I think it's the cutest favor that families can do together. I created instructions and name tags to each of the favors and a piece of tractor fabric.
The birthday boy getting ready to blow out his candle!
Enjoying some of his treats!
The party was a great time! Peter had such a great day!
The printable set can be purchased at my etsy shop for $20 here.
